ROBOT TOFU ROBOT - Spicy Brown is the novelty designer toy company responsible for this creation. I came across this company at an anime convention a few years back.
This is one of my favorites. In fact, I purchased one of their Tofu Robot tee-shirts last year. The up and coming brand operated out of their garage in Glendale, California. They
successfully marketed the toys and apparel via the internet and convention across the US.

Remember the film "Enter The Ninja," the 80s ninjaploitation film that starred Shô Kosugi ? Well, I have been obessed with everything ninja since that movie. No, it was not a good movie. Today, I happened to be surfing the net and came across this independent toy site by the name of Shawnimals that sells ninja designer plush toys. I have see a few ninja toy products out on the market, but this was calling out the me. Ninja vinyl stickers and a set of mini plushy ninja toys - great character designs. Not only that, the creators are based in my home state of Illinois.

Keep this event on your radar, if you happen to be attending the San Diego Comic Con this year. I heard about this event last year, but was not able to attend. Comic Con rocked! I believe U.U.P is in it's 2nd year - perhaps it will be comparable to the Slamdance to the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah?
